Maple + Mahon is yet another high rise building that will offer views of the Dallas skyline. The structure will be 12 stories high encompassing 3 stories of parking and 9 stories of apartments. The entire cost of the project is estimated to be $41 million.

FDR provided the BIM services for the high rise. Although the process was lengthy, FDR was able to provide cost saving recommendations for the shop drawings (completed by another engineering firm). We were able to recommend smaller stud sizes as well as increased spacing between studs. The final completion of Maple + Mahon is set for the end of 2022.
