Project Overview
Novel Turtle Creek is a 20 story high rise located within walking distance of Turtle Creek Village and Shops of Highland Park which offers upscale shopping and dining. The building offers 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments with views of the city. FDR provided the light gauge engineering for the building. The engineering process definitely presented challenges due to the unique design of the building. FDR was required to find a solution to combat tight corner conditions in order to prefab the entire exterior. Project completed in 2022.
