Maple + Mahon

Maple + Mahon is yet another high rise building that offers views of the Dallas skyline. The structure is 12 stories high encompassing 3 stories of parking and 9 stories of apartments. The entire cost of the project is estimated to be $41 million. FDR provided the BIM services for the high rise. Although the process was lengthy, FDR was able to provide cost saving recommendations for the shop drawings (completed by another engineering firm). We were able to recommend smaller stud sizes as well as increased spacing between studs. Project completed in 2022.
