The Village at Founders Park Apartments

This is a unique 3-story and basement garage building where several construction materials were utilized to achieve optimized design and cost of construction. FDR Engineers performed structural engineering design and shop drawing details. Scope of work included design of reinforced concrete foundation and basement framing, segmental retaining walls, precast hollowcore planks for basement slab, load bearing wood framing walls and wood framing floor and roof trusses.
